Includes 2 hours of private play. Admission included for up to 22 children. (Up to 50 guests in total) Choice of Custom 10in Cake or 2 dozen Cupcakes from selected Theme 2 dozen Cookies from selected Theme Custom 30" x 60" Banner by SydPaintsSigns from selected Theme Choice of Balloon Arch or Columns from selected Theme 2 Large 1-Topping Pizzas Juice boxes for all Children Themed paper goods included(plates, cups, napkins, table cloths, utensils) Themed Goodie Bags for all Children Full set up & clean up by out team Barista on hand to make specialty drinks + 25% discount on all beverage orders Complimentary ice and water cups You are able to bring more decorations & food if wanted. *Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your private party date. Cancellation Policy
Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your private party date. Booking & Advance Notice: Parties must be booked at least 30 days in advance Custom desserts and decor require advance notice and are subject to availability. Cancellation & Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least 14 days prior to your event date and is subject to availability. New party date must be within 90 days of original booking date. Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the even will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 7-13 days prior will receive a 25% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are non-refundable. Guest Supervision: Children must be supervised by adults at all times. Liability Waiver: An individual Liability Waiver must be completed for each child. Food & Allergies: Outside food is allowed for Imaginations Starter Party & Shine & Celebrate Party. If booking The Grand Spark Experience please make sure to let staff know if there are any known food allergies. Decorations: Confetti, glitter and open flames (beside birthday cake/cupcake candles) are not permitted inside the play cafe. Damage Policy: Host family is responsible for damages beyond normal wear. Lost or Stolen Items: Bright Imaginations Play Cafe is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings. The host family assumes responsibility for any theft, loss or damage of the Play Cafe property during the Party.
