Our Cafe is open M-F from 8:00am-9:00am & Saturday 9:00am - 11:00am However play sessions are in 2 hour increments and we close the play area for 30 minutes after each play session to sanitize and reset for the next play sessions. Yes. Gift cards are available online and in store.

Play Sessions are non-refundable unless your play session is cancelled due to a private party being booked during time slot. Play sessions can be rescheduled if given advance notice.

No. Bright Imaginations is NOT a drop-off facility. A parent or guardian MUST remain in the building at all times. If parent or guardian leaves the premise local authorities will be contacted.

Our play space is best suited for children 0-8 years old. Older siblings are welcome if they are respectful and understand the play space is designed for younger children.
