Yes. Gift cards are available online and in store.

As long as you let us know 2 hours prior to your play session that you will need to cancel we can provide you with a refund or reschedule you. Refunds cannot be guaranteed if cancelled later than 2 hours.

No. Bright Imaginations is NOT a drop-off facility. A parent or guardian MUST remain in the building at all times. If parent or guardian leaves the premise local authorities will be contacted.

Our play space is best suited for children 0-8 years old. Older siblings are welcome if they are respectful and understand the play space is designed for younger children.
