Hi, I'm Sam, the Co-Owner of Bright Imaginations Play Cafe.

Bright Imaginations was created from a dream that was placed in my heart after moving to Texas a few years ago. I was a work from home Mom with a 2 year old in a new place with no friends and no time to travel with my Son into Austin or New Braunfels to be able to play indoors with him. When my Mom decided to follow us out to Texas a year into us being here, The Lord placed on my heart again the need for somewhere for families indoors in Hays County. What started as a small off the wall conversation between my Mom and I slowly became something much bigger. We began dreaming about creating a space together that would bring families together and give our community a place filled with Imagination, warmth and most of all connection.

So much of Bright Imaginations was inspired by watching my son

experience the world around him. Every detail inside our Cafe was created

with intention, from the play spaces, to the seating area in Cafe, to the

handcrafted drinks and handmade Pastries.  Building this dream hasn't

always been easy. There have been long nights, big prayers, overwhelming moments and so much learning along the way. But, I truly can see God's

hand through all of it and I know he placed this vision on my heart for a reason.

My hope for Bright Imaginations is that it becomes more than just a

Play Cafe. I hope it becomes a place where friendships are formed, birthday memories are made, Moms feel less alone and children are free to imagine, explore and simply enjoy the little things.
