Service Description
Includes 2 hours of private play. Admission included for up to 15 children. $10 for each additional child with a max of 22 children. (Up to 50 guests in total) Choice of Custom 10in Cake, 2 dozen Cupcakes or 2 dozen Cookies Choice of Custom 17.5" x 48" Banner by SydPaintsSigns or Balloon Arch or Columns Basic paper goods included(plates, cups, napkins, table cloths, utensils) in selected color Additional 30 Minute set up time with help from your dedicated party helper Cleanup handled by our team Barista on hand to make specialty drinks + 25% off on all beverages Complimentary ice and water cups You provide all food, drinks and other decorations. *50% of the overall price of the package is required at the time of booking to secure your private party date. Cancellation Policy
Payment: For the Imagination Starter Party Full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your private party date. For Shine & Celebrate and The Grand Spark Experience 50% of the overall price of the package is due at the time of booking to reserve your private party date. Booking & Advance Notice: Parties must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance Custom desserts and decor require advance notice, are subject to availability and may vary in price depending on design. Cancellation & Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least 14 days prior to your event date and is subject to availability. New party date must be within 90 days of original booking date. Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the even will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 7-13 days prior will receive a 25% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are non-refundable. Guest Supervision: Children must be supervised by adults at all times. Liability Waiver: An individual Liability Waiver must be completed for each child. Food & Allergies: Outside food is allowed for Imaginations Starter Party & Shine & Celebrate Party. We do not allow any alcoholic beverages to be brought into the premises or consumed on the premises. If there is alcohol brought in we will ask for it to be removed and a possible fine will be charged of $50. If booking The Grand Spark Experience please make sure to let staff know if there are any known food allergies. Decorations: Confetti, glitter and open flames (beside birthday cake/cupcake candles) are not permitted inside the play cafe. Damage Policy: Host family is responsible for damages beyond normal wear. Lost or Stolen Items: Bright Imaginations Play Cafe is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings. The host family assumes responsibility for any theft, loss or damage of the Play Cafe property during the Party.
