Open Play Session

Cancellation Policy

We require socks for all children and adults in the play area. Please call within 2 hours to cancel or reschedule playtime. *Please Note: while this is uncommon, play sessions booked more than 2 weeks in advance for Saturday Mornings (9am - 11am) or weekday evenings (5pm - 7pm) may be subject to adjustment if a private party reserves that same time slot. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and personally assist you in rescheduling to another convenient session or providing you with a refund. We appreciate your understanding.
